We had our master bathroom remodeled in March of 2025 and they did a beautiful job! We had an issue pop up in July of 2026 so I reached out to Tom and he had Abraham over the SAME day to check it out. Abraham then had the plumber here the NEXT DAY and the problem was fixed. It’s hard to find good customer service these days (in my experience) so this was a pleasant surprise. It’s great to know that their commitment doesn’t end when the job is over. They will be there for you at any time! Highly recommend.
You can believe all of the five star reviews that Zona Floors receives. From the reasonable and competitive price to the finished product, they delivered as promised. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding. We recently had the entire 2800 square foot of flooring in our house removed and replaced with Lifeproof 22 mil Luxury Vinyl Plank. It included removal of ceramic tile, vinyl flooring that was glued to the cement foundation and all carpeting. All base boards were also removed and replaced with new 5 1/4 tall trim. Steps into our sunken living room turned out better than I could imagine. Old toilets were removed and replaced with my new ones. All of this work started on a Monday morning and finished on a Thursday afternoon. A big shout out to Abraham and his 4 fellow co-workers (Diego, Pablo, Bernaldo, & Adany) for their work ethic and dedication to their craft. All trash and debris was removed each day from my property. When it comes to luxury vinyl flooring look no further than this company and their team to get the job done. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the finished product. Four thumbs up!
Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! They had the demo and the new floors for the entire home done in 3 days. The crew that did the work was very respectful and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the result! I would highly recommend this family business for any flooring needs. Thanks Tom and team! A few pictures before and after.
Zona Floors is the best of the very best. Top notch quality and over the top service. They are true professionals and the absolute best in the business. We cannot rave enough about the incredible work they do start to finish and top to bottom. All sides of this company are impeccable. Tom is beyond diligent in providing the best price. The product they provide is top of the line. The installers were the best we have ever seen. They are absolute flooring experts...we can honestly say we have never worked with such an incredible company in every single capacity. This is a family owned business and they take extreme pride in every single thing they do, and every facet of the process is handled by true experts. The communication is over the top by every single person involved. Immediate responses and literally same day service. They are beyond impressive. We cannot compliment Zona Floors enough. This company is A+++. You will not find a better flooring company out there...we can promise you that. Dare we say even a better company out there in general. They are super stars. Get ready to be spoiled by the best.
We decided on Zona floors because they had the best price and the best reviews. Jacob was our salesman and came in and explained everything great. The installation crew showed up on time and after one day had demoed 750sqft of tile. They came back the next day and installed all the hardwood floors and most of the trim. By the 3rd day they finished after 4hours. They got a 4day job done in 2.5 days. We’re very pleased with our floors and would highly recommend Zona floors.
