Dimitri, Raul and Jesus did an excellent install job on my new windows. Courteous and efficient with Dimitri as the team lead. Even on a Monday morning a good sense of humor while working and they seemed happy to be here. Superb service.
...So, just before Christmas 2025, my wife was deeply mourning the loss of our oldest son Anthony, whom we lost back in 2003 but still hurts every holiday season. I wanted to do something deeply special to help her feel better. We had to move from the home (where we all lived with our son) soon after he passed. Our son gave my wife a glass suguaro cactus for her birthday in June, then he passed in Aug. The glass cactus broke during the move, and in the process breaking my wife's heart. She boxed up the broken pieces where it stayed for over two decades. I remembered what happened, found the box, and secretly put it aside to try and find a glass company to have it repaired and hoped I could help fix my wife's broken heart in the process. I went on a mission to find this special glass shop, first taking it to a place where I thought maybe they could repair it. They could not (didn't have the special manufacturing capabilities), but referred me to two others including True View. I called True View while still on the road, on my mission determined to get this special piece fixed for my wife. Mr. Wesley Taylor answered the phone and I shared my story, he asked me to take the broken pieces to him to see what they could do. So I brought the broken glass cactus to him in a box, and he had one of his best people look at it to see if it was repairable. The man said he thought he could, and Wesley was so touched by my story he said he got approval to pay for the repair for FREE. I was prepared to pay, but he refused. A few weeks later I got a text from Wesley that it was ready. I drove my wife to True View, and unbeknownst to her we walked into the lobby and Wesley brought it out. My wife immediately knew what it was, and was in shock and disbelief, and began to cry with deep gratitude as did I 🙏 We are truly Grateful for True View, Mr. Taylor, and the gentleman who repaired it. They did an incredible job to fix and restore what we thought would be lost forever (it's as beautiful as when our son first gave it to my wife). My wife and I will never forget this very kind gesture. Your company is truly Special and Caring. Thank you and God Bless you all!!
The windows by milgard are really nice. I want to give a shout out to the guys who installed the slider and windows. Anastacio is a really nice guy who is an impeccable installer with amazing attention to detail. He was also assisted by Daniel E. Who also did a great job. I will definitely be using them again on future jobs. Thank you True View for a great experience Adam Y.
