My only reservation with ProSill Services is that we had a rather big job and different technicians would come each time. In order to reach my contractor, I had to call the office and wait for a call back, which thankfully didn’t take too long. Ryan came to our home and went over everything carefully with me. He was always smiling and willing to help. He organized everything and had workers come in a timely fashion. We had a tub removal and a brand new shower put in, they also dug a trench to add a half bath and ran all the lines. John Christman, who I can’t say enough good things about, came at the end to hook up shower faucets and trim, connect the vanity sink lines, hook up the toilet, add towel bar and towel rings, etc. John worked hard and was willing to go the extra mile to do a fantastic job. If he is your technician, you will be very lucky. Overall, Proskill did a great job and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Pauline Georgakis Toombs

What a refreshing, excellent experience I had with Tyson Elvester with ProSkill Services. I had my hot water heater serviced and he educated me on their fabulous membership program, which I signed up for immediately! I also just recommended the company to my co-worker who has a hot water heater from 2008 still installed!...YIKES! Nothing feels better than knowing my plumbing needs have been met and will continue to be monitored annually for a great price! Continue the great work and service! Thank you, Thank you!! The staff at ProSkill Services were very courteous and knowledgeable. Starting with Ryan who answered all my questions and gave me important information. Jake who installed my water heater did an awesome job, he sure knew what he was doing and he was very friendly. He cleaned up after himself and put everything back where they belong.
