Recently had a leak and the plumber we had out recommended Drystar to come out for an inspection. Tyler, our technician, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Very honest as well and didn't try to push work that didn't need to be done, which many other companies do. I would recommend Drystar any day and will call them again if I am in need in the future.
Tyler & his team, Edvin & Sam were awesome! Customer service like you wouldn't believe they spoke to me about everything that they had to do; what was going on, what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. The initial contact for this restoration was Dylan. He was professional from start to finish - responding right away on this Holiday, Monday May 25. He thoroughly assessed the trouble, prepared the report and went over the specifics with me. We really rely on service people that care and know their business and how to take care of a customer. After the initial water mitigation work was done by Anthony and crew when a pipe burst in our attic space, my wife and I had some concerns about a couple of other areas we noticed that may have been affected. I called Anthony, who told me he would be out the next day to survey the areas we were concerned about. He called ahead of time to let me know that he had to reschedule and again called ahead on the next day he was scheduled to come out. He let me know that Neal and Edvin would be coming out to survey the area since he couldn’t make it. I was grateful for the prompt communication and the time Neal and Edvin took to inspect the areas we were concerned about. So far our experience has been fantastic and we look forward to the repair team coming out and returning our house to normal.
