We have used Donley for well over a decade now for our A/c installation and maintenance. What really impresses me is that our A/c doesn't break down after their service technicians do their annual checkup, as happens with other service centers. And we always get Juan. Last year our A/c stopped in the height of summer and I was having nightmare visions of having to replace it. Any other company's first option would have been to replace the A/c. Not Donley's Juan. He fixed the problem - no massive repair or problem, and our A/c has been functioning fine since then. Donley and their Juan exhibited a level of honesty and professionalism that's not easily found nowadays.
Joshua was great. Answered all my questions, provided various options for fixing our plumbing issue. Once I chose an option the leak was fixed correctly and efficiently. Price charged was probably industry average for cutting off pipe to water softener and creating a loop $400.
The Donley plumber Matthew was on time, friendly, explained the services and options. He was having difficulty clearing our pipes due to the age of them, so he called the drain manager who brought out a camera for no additional fee to see what was happening in the pipe. The drain manager was on the other side of town so it took him about 1 hour to arrive. In the meantime, Matthew kept working on the pipe and finally cleared the blockage. Turn the manager arrived with the camera and filmed the pipe to determine the shape of them . This house was built in 1961, but we had no holes, some ridges and pit which were typical for their age. They sent me the video so I could share it with my husband who was out of town. I was then shown a sample of pipe with lining in it which is an option to tearing up the foundation and replacing the pipes under the house. I don’t know if we will proceed in that direction but I appreciated learning about the current condition of the pipe and this option. As far as pricing our invoice was about $600 evenly split between clearing the drain and replacing the gasket on the toilet that was leaking and reinstalling the toilet. The latter is something my husband would had done if he had been home. Overall I highly recommend the Donley service and our technician Matthew for his persistent work to get the drain cleared, professional manner and demeanor. Thank you!
