This is the best plumbing service i have ever used and they have been here on several different occasions for different issues. Yesterday the replaced the water main. i big job. Their technicians are friendly and professional and they clean up after themselves!! I am selecting several services as they have taken care of all that i checked off below (in the past and yesterday) love this company!!!
Matt was our service guy. He arrived earlier than expected which we found refreshing and called before he came. He even was able to work in repairing a leaky hose bib. He was professional, efficient and very personable. It was a great experience overall.
Jonathan came out and was a pleasure to talk with. Knowledgeable, honest, didn't mind me following and asking questions. Really left me with a feeling he is professional, and with good character. Told me what my AC issues were without all the upselling that I've received from other AC company's staff. Jon did inquire if I might be interested in a maintenence plan since my AC units are very old, but without the typical pressure I've received from others in the past. I'm an older guy that recalls a different, not so greedy time, and I am really pleased when I come across a company not trying to beat you out of every dollar possible. No fear tactics, no doom and gloom that the system is about to fail and i must do something immediately. Jon was excellent and represented Donley well, and was enjoyable to interact with. A really good experience. They are my new #1 AC go-to company. I recommend them highly.
As part of our quarterly maintenance plan, we had our AC unit serviced and cleaned for the start of the summer months. Jonathan was our service technician. As many people have experienced that window of when to expect a service call for that job. Jonathon communicated with us on his way, and was punctual. His quality of work was demonstrable! He has a very intentional way to check on the issue points and spent the time to correct and clean what needed to be addressed. Jonathon is definitely an asset to your team and another reason why we have stayed with Donley for 23 years.
First time using Donley for an HVAC repair. Mike called ahead before arrival and then explained the costs up front after he assessed the failure. He was able to make repairs on site as he carries parts available on his truck. This is great as it makes for a quick repair with no delays. Great service and knowledgeable technician. Friendly and respectful. He also explained the company's various maintenance plans which are a great price. I will definitely be using Donely for my future needs.
