Wow! I am so impressed by Creative Moving. Ivan, Anthony, Roy, Adam and Miguel were so professional, organized and efficient. They took great care of my items while packaging them and then loading them onto the truck. They organized the items in the truck so perfectly. Everything was properly secured, which made me feel confident about our long drive to our moving destination that our items would be safe and secure. On top of their exceptional labor skills, they were so kind. I would absolutely refer them to a friend! Thank you guys for making this move so much easier!

From start to finish, the crew was punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled every item with care, worked efficiently without cutting corners, and made what is usually one of the most stressful days completely hassle-free. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire move, and they treated my home and belongings with the same respect they would their own. After three moves, I can confidently say their consistency is what sets them apart. Finding a company that delivers this level of service once is impressive doing it three times is exceptional. Would absolutely recommend working with this moving company. Friendly, efficient, and very easy to work with. They showed up early to our 9AM appointment, packed everything quickly and well. They had options for an in-person or virtual quote to confirm the size of the job beforehand, and the move itself was incredibly smooth. Isaac, Moses, Jose, and Ignacio were a great group of guys that were approachable and did an incredible job.
I am extremely pleased with my experience! I'll admit to being stunned that my items completely filled a 26' truck top to bottom, side to side. Upon actually seeing that, I was really happy that I decided to hire pros instead of DIY! From my first email query, booking the job, confirming the details, timely crew arrival, truck loading, to unloading and making sure everything was in its proper place, no detail was missed. Pricing was exactly as quoted with no surprises on arrival. Mocky, Isaac, Nacho and Jose were timely, polite, professional and took great care of all my furniture. Upon arrival, they made a quick tour of what was needed, identified which room each piece was going to end up and then made careful, yet quick, work of wrapping and loading up the truck. Once at the destination, they used the same care to place and unwrap everything insuring everything was where I wanted with zero damage! Creative wasn't the least expensive bid I got, but the interactions on the front end were the reason I chose them. I'm happy I did. Give 'em a call!
