I called Josh at ASAP Restoration after a plumber and another restoration/mitigation company told me my home had a collapsed pipe and needed $30k in extensive repairs - plus immediate mitigation and restoration work. I wanted a second opinion and called ASAP based on their great reviews. Josh (the owner) answered my call on a Saturday morning and agreed to come inspect my home himself early on Monday. He was very thorough and direct and did not find any of the leak indicators that the other company claimed the found. He suggested I get a second opinion on the plumbing issue and referred me to another plumber, who came out and quickly identified and resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost quoted by the other plumber. So, I ended up not needing ASAP’s services at all, for now. Josh followed up several times to make sure everything was taken care of. With home repair/maintenance issues, it’s so easy for unethical contractors to take advantage of homeowners. I’m so relieved that I found a business owner who prioritizes ethics over making a buck. I will absolutely recommend ASAP for anyone needing restoration/mitigation work.

ASAP Restoration did an excellent job when our property suffered serious fire damage. Their team handled everything professionally from start to finish including reconstruction. They also took care of mold damage and bio clean up very efficiently. Highly recommended service.

ASAP restoration team deserves 10 stars!! I had severe monsoon damage to my roof that leaked into two floors of my house, it was awful. ASAP came out late at night to begin the inspection and remove water logged drywall and put up dehumidifiers. They were so communicative with every step of the process, two weeks tops to complete the drying and demo and reinstall of drywall and paint and roof repairs.
