Overall my experience was great! Obviously not the ideal scenario having to call an emergency team to damage control a leak but Zona was great to work with! Shane & Jesse and their team’s are incredible! One specific tech that stood out was Santan, he had to come on a Sunday morning to check moisture levels and he was so kind and quick! Definitely will be recommending Zona in the future.
Glenn performed an outstanding job of highlighting aspects of which we were clearly unaware, which greatly assisted our insurance claim. His work was very thorough, well-executed, and pleasant. Zona Restoration has been really great to work with, every step of the way! They are professional, very responsive and provide quick and quality services. They found mold in three different rooms in my home and were able to contain/treat it quickly which was necessary for me because of my medically fragile daughter who has chronic lung failure. They went the extra mile when they offered to place an air purifier in my home for several days. I found Zona to be extremely attentive and accommodating to ensure the safety of my daughter. Exceptional team, great communication, and professional work! From the onset of the project, Mary and Aaron, were wonderful to work with to support and complete the mitigation work. Once restoration work began, Shane drove the communication and process between my insurance and Zona, in partnership with Raquel, to provide the necessary documentation for estimates. When worked kicked off, Shane stayed engaged and continued to follow up to ensure the work was moving forward and ultimately completed. Very kind, professional, and always put me, the client, as the top priority. Elizabeth and her techs at Infinity did an amazing job on making my home look like a home again.
