Removed Popcorn ceilings and mold from my old house. They seald the whole house keeping clean areas clean, testing the air quality after the removal to make sure you are safe. If you are looking for a real remediation company this is who you call. This is difficult work and takes time, my 1000 square foot house took 3 weeks to get cleaned and clear testing so brace yourself for being out of your home for what might be a significant amount of time. The popcorn was stubborn taking a week and a half to remove. Then they chased the mold through the bathrooms, I had to lose both tiled bath enclosures and part of a kitchen wall. The popcorn price is straight forward but mold is sneaky and they had to chase it farther than they were expecting and this had to be estimated after taking down the walls. They were completely transparent about this and the potential additional costs involved. Time wise the mold chase is what sent us into week 3 because it delayed testing. This work concerns your families health so it PAYS to hire a real remediation specialist. You want the house sealed with air pressure to keep it safe, see the pictures to see how real pros do the job. It's also emotionally draining and the office and crew were very understanding. All I can suggest is to throw it all out and don't get attached. They also offer complete rebuilding and it's something you should seriously consider at the very start.

Overall my experience was great! Obviously not the ideal scenario having to call an emergency team to damage control a leak but Zona was great to work with! Shane & Jesse and their team’s are incredible! One specific tech that stood out was Santan, he had to come on a Sunday morning to check moisture levels and he was so kind and quick! Definitely will be recommending Zona in the future.
