I have interacted twice with State 48 Garage Doors. The first was a change to my single garage door with the addition of a high lift and side mount motor and the most recent was a motor replacement on my double garage door. The level of customer service is excellent, timely, and very thorough. I was lucky enough to have the same installer/service tech for both occasions and can tell you that Greg was amazing. He was always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining issues and the options that were available to me. I would recommend the company for any garage door needs. I was referred by a friend, & from my first call in scheduling who was very polite, friendly & courteous! I was scheduled the next day with Greg who was very helpful, & listened & I never felt any pressure, in fact he went beyond & gave me several estimate choices to choose from. I ultimately chose to replace my 3 decade old door & opener with David who was exceptional & very organized & friendly. Peter was his helper & they both did a super job!!
