This is a review of the initial work only, the repair hasn’t been scheduled. When the issue was discovered by HVAC professional, DryStars Neal, Edvin, Bradan, and Sam quickly appeared and uncovered the problem, cleaned up and installed blowers and dehumidifiers. They cleaned up thoroughly. A day or so later, Martin, the estimator came out and promptly delivered an estimate. The matter is currently in insurance claims status. Will follow up with review of the back end DryStar repair.

We had a sudden water line leak occur in a pipe in our kitchen ceiling. Our plumber was able to be over within 10 minutes. He found and repaired the rupture that had completely saturated everything thing up and around there. So much water that he knew remediation was necessary. He referred Drystar and so glad he did. They showed up with 20 minutes and the process was underway. Within the next 4 hours the crew was able to dismantle all the saturated areas, set up the blowers and dehumidifiers and clean up the mess (and it was a mess) to excellent standards. The crew themselves were super friendly and polite while having a work ethic second to none. Shout out to the crew: -Neal -Damarion -Cody -Andrew -Edvin -Sam The administrators to other aspects have been great as well: -Tyler -Mario -Martin If you are ever in the unfortunate need of restoration / construction, Drystar so top flight!!

I am extremely happy with this company. Just a class act through and through. We got a plumber out to the house at 4 pm, and when he noticed other issues, he gave Drystar a call. Anthony immediately called me from his car, leaving Mesa around 4:30 ish (I live in Surprise). On the call, he got some information, got a crew in the area to stay here longer, and was at my house by 6 pm with answers and a clear direction. Then the crew got to work immediately, all very nice and even super respectful to my home and my family. They did clean work, and left us was clear directions on what comes next. The crew was Sam, Neal, and Edvin. They were awesome, would absolutely recommend.
