WOW, is the first word that comes to mind when working with Zona Floors! They did such an outstanding job on our daughter’s condo! Not only that, Abraham, the owner, cares so deeply that you are happy and that it comes out the best, he goes the extra mile to ensure that happens. There was a last minute change and a delay in delivery of the flooring, he worked around it, made the change happen, always showed up on time and was so responsive to all texts. Abraham’s brother Daniel and daughter Yanely also work there and they are cut from the same cloth and incredible to work with. It was the best experience! It is not easy to find good, honest, responsive, truly caring contractors, which is why I wanted to write this review! You can believe all of the five star reviews that Zona Floors receives. From the reasonable and competitive price to the finished product, they delivered as promised. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding. We recently had the entire 2800 square foot of flooring in our house removed and replaced with Lifeproof 22 mil Luxury Vinyl Plank. It included removal of ceramic tile, vinyl flooring that was glued to the cement foundation and all carpeting. All base boards were also removed and replaced with new 5 1/4 tall trim. Steps into our sunken living room turned out better than I could imagine. Old toilets were removed and replaced with my new ones. All of this work started on a Monday morning and finished on a Thursday afternoon. A big shout out to Abraham and his 4 fellow co-workers (Diego, Pablo, Bernaldo, & Adany) for their work ethic and dedication to their craft. All trash and debris was removed each day from my property. When it comes to luxury vinyl flooring look no further than this company and their team to get the job done. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the finished product. Four thumbs up!

Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! They had the demo and the new floors for the entire home done in 3 days. The crew that did the work was very respectful and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the result! WOW! I love my new flooring. Zona did an excellent job, the installers were very efficient and fast; they even cleaned up after. Company was easy to work with and the owner even called me when there was going to be a few hour delay of installation. Great customer service.
