Recently, our solar inverter stopped working...in the middle of summer....in Surprise, AZ....because of course. As luck would have it, our original installer is no longer in business (strike two) so I started reaching out to local solar companies who advertised solar maintenance and repair services. PEP Solar is the only company who responded the same day and made immediate arrangements to assist me. Nabeel gave me pricing in writing, up front and the quote explicitly described their services and the circumstances under which there could be additional charges before I agreed to payment. Once payment was rendered, service was scheduled and someone was out to my home in less than 48 hours. PEP confirmed the inverter was bad, confirmed that my equipment was still under warranty, then contacted the manufacturer and made arrangements for the inverter to be replaced under the warranty and shipped to them. The new inverter was delivered within two weeks time and installed with no issues or complications. Mike was our service tech; he was prompt, skilled and able to explain how the system was set up in a manner that we could easily follow, which we appreciated. Even though we are sad about me having to get a job on the weekends as a Snake Milker to pay our electric bill for July/August, we are very happy with PEP Solar and how responsive and professional they were. It is not their fault that I now have to resort to a life of snake milking to make ends meet. High recommend to anyone who needs reliable, quality help with their solar in a pinch.
Titan Solar filed bankruptcy and that leaves me without support of my warranty. Pep Solar stepped in with support. My panels no longer working they discovered loose connections from the installation by Titan Solar in my disconnect box. This caused charring in the box. They cleaned it up nicely and panels are fully functional. Thanks again.
Professional design. Professional installation. Top notch quality! Great to work with and helped get us a total refund from SSVEC on the work that had to get done by PEP to fix SSVEC errors when our house was built! Installed 2 Tesla batteries also.
