Levi, Levi was very polite, Friendly, and answered all of our questions. If there were more stars he would have gotten them. We will have some more repairs in another bathroom and when we are ready, We only want Levi. We also refer him and your business to all our neighbors and friends. You have a great and honest person working for your company. We trust him and that's why he is the only one we would like him to do any further repairs.

We definitely use Plumbing Masters again. James is an incredibly hard worker and made sure we understood every step of the process before he started. He was professional, tidy and worked quickly to get our kitchen back up and running.

Last Saturday, December 13, 2025 my water heater went out and I found this company online. It had a great star rating, and I'm happy to say they live by this rating. A person by the name of: Levi came to my home in Phoenix, and analyzed the problem. My water heater was leaking water, and told me I would need a new water heater. You always hate it when someone tells you that because your first thought is their trying to get more money out of you, but that wasn't the case here. Levi was willing to let me check with other companies if I felt they had another solution. Anyway, to make a long story short I went with Plumbing Masters and I am so happy I did. It was worth the money of a new water heater, and Levi did a great job of installing it. He stayed late into the night and never once complained considering it was Saturday. He never rushed and always answered my questions that I had as he worked on installing the heater. He was highly professional and aimed to please. It took him about a little over an hour to install the water heater and was now almost 8 o'clock at night. He cleaned up the area around him so nothing was left behind. He was friendly and professional to the very end. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Levi again for your great work!

He was happy to help and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his skills and good attitude. He is an asset to the company and should be rewarded. He took the time to explain the issue to me, gave me several options, helped me understand the process and discuss the payment- all in a very professional and courteous manner. His service is exceptional and he deserves recognition. Alfredo was the third serviceman who came to help resolve the situation. He explained in great detail all about my issue and even offered to provide books to explain things so I could better understand. He got to work immediately and his work was meticulous and very well done. Altogether, the three of them provided excellent service and I will be contacting plumbing masters for all my future needs.
