Very thankful to Donley Plumbing for helping us find where our sewer gas leak was coming from. They did excellent work, were thorough and very polite. Steve and Walt were able to fix the problem quickly and were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional, Honest, and Professional Service! I cannot say enough good things about Donley AC & Plumbing, especially my technician, AJ (Addison). On a blistering 112°F Phoenix afternoon, AJ came out and gave my 6-year-old package system a incredibly thorough, professional tune-up. As an added boost to my system I purchased a new capacitor for 402.00 which AJ installed without added charges! Unlike other high-pressure sales companies in the valley that try to scare you into unnecessary $15,000 replacements, Donley focuses on real integrity and honest work. AJ flushed the lines, cleaned the coils, and pinpointed a weak capacitor that was causing an 8-minute cooling lag. He replaced it quickly and reasonably, and my air was blowing ice-cold immediately. He also gave me a highly competitive, straightforward $400 quote to remove and cap an unneeded piece of exterior ductwork without trying to tear up my roof or upsell me. If you want a company with true professional honor that treats you right and charges fairly, call Donley. They have earned a customer for life! Addendum (August 19,2026)-- I recently had an issue with the air conditioning system and had Donnelly come out and look at it. Michael spent plenty of time on the roof assessing the problem and learned that the motor for the blower was near completely burnt out after a minimum of use, due to all the extra duct work the previous owner had on the home. It was remedied by installing a new motor on the blower, and some other adjustments to assure the lower grade system would be able to keep up with the hot Phoenix days, and afford more efficient use of the system without having to replace the whole thing. I have been sold on their honesty, integrity, and their ability to get the job done without falling prey to the easier softer way that is usually more expensive for the homeowner. This is the best plumbing service i have ever used and they have been here on several different occasions for different issues. Yesterday the replaced the water main. i big job. Their technicians are friendly and professional and they clean up after themselves!! I am selecting several services as they have taken care of all that i checked off below (in the past and yesterday) love this company!!!
Jonathan came out and was a pleasure to talk with. Knowledgeable, honest, didn't mind me following and asking questions. Really left me with a feeling he is professional, and with good character. Told me what my AC issues were without all the upselling that I've received from other AC company's staff. Jon did inquire if I might be interested in a maintenence plan since my AC units are very old, but without the typical pressure I've received from others in the past. I'm an older guy that recalls a different, not so greedy time, and I am really pleased when I come across a company not trying to beat you out of every dollar possible. No fear tactics, no doom and gloom that the system is about to fail and i must do something immediately. Jon was excellent and represented Donley well, and was enjoyable to interact with. A really good experience. They are my new #1 AC go-to company. I recommend them highly.
As part of our quarterly maintenance plan, we had our AC unit serviced and cleaned for the start of the summer months. Jonathan was our service technician. As many people have experienced that window of when to expect a service call for that job. Jonathon communicated with us on his way, and was punctual. His quality of work was demonstrable! He has a very intentional way to check on the issue points and spent the time to correct and clean what needed to be addressed.
